Leon exposed the Trail Rider to the South African horse market. He then used his many long hours in the saddle as a basis to continuously develop the saddle to satisfy the need for a product which excels both in long distance riding as well as providing maximum comfort for both rider and horse.

Initially the first Trail Riding business was established in Kangwane, Mpumalanga, South Africa in 1985, riding with the Big Five.

Today we proudly present our patented saddles, approved as working saddles for various disciplines.
